Wayfarers Contemporary Art Fair is a partnership of galleries based in the Wayfarers Arcade: Gallery More, Play On productions CIC,  Modern Contemporary Art, The Northerner Gallery and The Wayfarers Arts. The partnership are the “data controller” in respect of your personal information. This privacy notice sets out the basis on which any of your personal information we collect from you or third parties, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

Exhibitors
  • to invite you to exhibitor events such as an after-party
  • to the outside operations management team for coordination of the event.

  • to enable subcontractors to set up the event space to the requirements you specify in terms of audio visuals, furniture, electrics and graphics;
  • to provide you with access the online Exhibitor handbook with details of your specific contract agreement for the show
  • to enable the sales/sponsorship/partnership teams to discuss future show opportunities with you on site
  • to update the show website to display exhibitor contact details to prospective visitors and those who have attended the show as laid out in the Exhibitor Manual
  • for health and safety reasons, exhibitor details are provided to the venue management when there is food provided on the stand

This may include your contact details, demographic data, your social media interactions, preferences, shopping habits, interests, geographic location, age or age range, gender, language and nationality.
