VAA Artist Networking Coffee Morning

Artists are invited to attend a free Coffee Morning as part of the Wayfarers Contemporary Art Fair delivered in collaboration with the Visual Artists Association. 
 
This event offers a relaxed space for creatives to meet, talk, and discover new work over complimentary coffee and cake.
 
The morning also provides the opportunity to visit the Art Fair, and see featured artists installations including Mike Chavez Dawson, Tina Dempsey, Tony Heaton, Brian Lewis, Peter Layzell, Julian Taylor, Tammy Walters and Robin Utracik.

Art and the Visionary by Gordon M Scott

Why might inner vision and inspiration be challenged by modern society. Where are today's visionaries. This often spontaneous source of inspiration should be widely acknowledged. It begins with a vision of oneself and can lead to a form of positivity which can invigorate life's journey. Elements of ancient shamanism might hold the key.

Art Consultant & founder of Modern Contemporary, Jackie Sarafopoulos, will deliver a free talk on sustainable art practice for artists and galleries. The talk will look at how to move local practice in the direction of a global audience. She will give an overview of the art market ecosystem, including pricing and sales channels. Plus, explore client relationship and professional practice.
